Sagittarius Season 2023: A light at the end of the tunnel
We're in the final countdown of Scorpio season with the sun conjunct Mars, and it is bringing all the rage, triggers, and shadows to the surface with almost everyone I know.
The sun will keep dancing with Mars over the next few weeks - so be aware of your triggers, be aware of the frustration, hot headedness, and general rage that may be boiling within you.
AND note that sometimes our rage can turn into lethargy when not expressed safely.
The sun will officially move into Sagittarius on November 22nd this year and with it comes a brand new day.
As the sun and Mars will move into the energy of Sagittarius it will naturally usher in optimism, faith, and the belief that there is something bigger and brighter to hope for.
Don't worry, the light at the end of the tunnel is coming.

To give you a brief recap:
The reason Scorpio leads the way into Sagittarius (and the 8th house to the 9th house) is because we must witness and let go (Scorpio) of what is no longer serving us through going into our internal underworlds. We must alchemize our shadows into light as we approach the dawn of a new day, entering Sagittarius. We come out of Scorpio season, energy, and the 8th house purified and refined and we are more able to form new belief systems, we have greater hope, and we are excited to climb the next mountain ahead.
The shedding is needed in order to get to the next journey.
You are going to have to release some baggage.
You can't (and probably don't want) to hold all that you've been carrying.
In Scorpio season you are being invited to let go.
We are moving into the season of freedom, play, and expansion.
While Sagittarius energy may not know where it’s going, it knows it has a quest - and it turns out that the journey itself is the lesson Sagittarius energy seeks.
Hopefully the quest has become a little more clear through the season you have just moved through.
The energy of this month is that of celebration.
Sagittarius is mutable fire energy.
It is always moving in all directions, it’s unpredictable, and it above all seeks freedom and joy.
Sagittarius energy takes time to enjoy the sunrises and sunset, and yet questions the reason for the colours, and seeks to understand everything on a higher level. This is a powerful sign of higher consciousness, and the energy is focused outwardly on the collective, rather than the self.
There is a seeking, a journey, a quest of discovery to solve a problem, to uplift others, to create more freedom for their own energies, and for those around them. The knowledge a Sagittarius brings to us helps us climb higher to the heavens, expand our minds, and move past the physical limitations of our 3D bodies.
This is is the energy of cultivating FAITH.
Faith in a better world when we are connected to something beyond ourselves.
This is the season of optimism, faith, and belief and inner fire.
Sometimes blind faith, as Sagittarius seeks pleasure on a highly conscious level. And so, we must find balance with all energies. In this powerful season of celebration can you take the time to seek knowledge to expand your mind, the journey forward just to experience the journey itself, and bring pleasure and joy with you everywhere you may travel.
The fire of Sagittarius is expressed through optimism, movement, and changeability. This mutable fire sign is highly adaptable, though hard to tame. Fire is always moving toward something, always changing, and has the ability to escape the confines of its own embers with a single spark. Sagittarius moves just like this. This inner fire, changeability, desire to indulge, shift, and keep moving is infused into whatever is ruled by Sagittarius energy in your life. This means the house ruled by Sagittarius. The fire in this sign keeps the energy moving, seeking, expanding, and always growing.
It’s a time to expand past the boundaries set for you and seek your own connection to the duality of life.
Remember we do not climb the mountain simply for the climb, but instead to see the expansive view from the top. ❤️
Practices:
Look to what house Sagittarius rules in your chart. What does this energy influence in your life?
Take time this month to celebrate and be present. Watch a sunset or a sunrise. Take walks without your phone.
Bring meditation into your practice for Sagittarius season. This could be guided meditations, crystal bowl meditations, or silence.
Take a small trip somewhere you’ve never been to before.
