The Journey: Week by Week
→Week 1 — Removing the Cloak of Invisibility
In week 1 we will dive into your cloak of invisibility to understand why you are afraid of being seen, why you hold back from stepping into your creative power, and how to start shining brighter without the shame.
This is where you begin reclaiming your creative presence.
→Week 2 — Visibility Circle
Week 2 is for integration. You will be asked to share what you uncovered about your cloak of invisibility, why you’re afraid of being seen, and how you’re being asked to shed it at this time.
Share what surfaced, why you’ve been hiding, and how you're being called to step forward now.→
→Week 3 — Who Are You Afraid Will See You?
In week 3 we dive into the viability wound through understanding who you afraid will see you in your creative power. From the fear of judgement of family, the shame of failure in the face of friends or community, to the unseen, unnamed forced that feel like persecution for your gifts — we will unpack the fears, name them, and begin to transmute them into power.
This is where you name the fear, the shame, the threat of judgement — and start dissolving its power.
→Week 4 — Visibility Circle
Week 4 is for integration. You will be asked to share what you uncovered about persecution, judgement, and who you have been hiding your light from — and why.
This is where you reclaim your power around persecution, judgement, and the people (or forces) you’ve been hiding from.
→Week 5 — What Happens If They See You? (The Witch Wound)
In week 5 we will dig into the Witch Wound by asking the question, “what happens if they see you?”. This is where the fear of failure, success, and understanding what self sabotage looks like in your life.
This is where you explore the fear beneath the fear — failure, success, sabotage, and start changing what you believe happens when your light gets big.
→Week 6 — Visibility Circle
Week 6 is for integration. You will be asked to share what you uncovered about the Witch Wound and what really existed underneath your fear of being seen in your creative power. You will share the stories that have been true, and the ones that your mind has created to keep you safe.
This is where you see the stories you’ve lived, stories your mind created, and start finally releasing and re-writing them.
→Week 7 — Your Relationship to Power
In week 7 we will move into power dynamics and what they mean to you. Who do you feel has power over you in your life? Where do you feel powerless and why? And where are you meant to begin reclaiming your power to be seen and do your creative work?
This week flips the script on how you will begin to feel safe in shining your light.
Why you crave visibility and why you resist it.
Where you’ve handed your power away — and how to reclaim it.
This is where your system learns safety in shining.
→Week 8 – Visibility Circle
Week 8 is for integration. You will be asked to share what you’ve uncovered about the role of power in your life, where you have remained powerless, and where you are ready to start taking steps to feel more empowered and own your creative work.
This is where you learn how power shows up in your life, where you’ve stayed small, and the steps you're ready to take to shine your light.
→Week 9 — Releasing Validation: Do It Messy
In week 9 we will dig into releasing the need for external validation. All those eyes watching you? What if you realized they weren’t? And if they were, what if you could stop caring? This is where you learn to start taking messy action and stepping into the light without having things be perfect.
